I have known Rhona since the mid-nineties when she was working at P&O events, developing their portfolio of events in China. I watched the way she works and integrates seamlessly into local cultures, managing venues, local staff and contractors and, very importantly for me, how she looks after our BESA members participating in the events on which she works.
